Mr. Nalley spent a great deal of time during his law school years volunteering at the Cook County Public Defenders Office, where he worked with seasoned criminal defense attorneys. However, his most valuable experience, and his inspiration for becoming a a criminal defense attorney, came from the years he spent working as a private detective. It was during this time that he worked on criminal defense cases, including one capital case, and witnessed first hand the injustices and overall unfairness of system. Moreover, the experience training recieved as private detective has proven to be invaluable in all aspects litigation.
During Law School, Mr. Nalley also recieved training from a professor who happened one of the most remarkable trial lawyers in in the Cook County States's Attorney's Office. Today Mr. Nalley works out of the same office space with his former professor who now concentrates on criminal defense as well. Needless to stay, he continues to recieve the best training which no amount of money can buy.
Mr. Nalley is also a former Certified Fraud Examiner and is currently a member of the federal trial bar.
